  • Level 6: demolition of part of the central void space; void/atrium at level 6 & to top of retail podium (level 7) with new atrium glazing; removal of internal walls & all existing floor screed & ceiling finishes to retail areas; inclusion of larger retail & food & beverage tenancies with adjacent seating on the periphery of the north, east and south edges of the building; new amenities; new escalators; new metal clad & glass awning along Alfred St; new accessible lift; new stone clad wall & internal lobby cafe.
  • Level 7: inclusion of bistro & restaurant tenancies fronting Alfred St & Jessie St Gardens; new escalators from level 6; new accessible lift; additional amenities.
  • Level 8: demolish existing parapet to allow for extension of roof slab & expansion of roof terrace; new plant infrastructure; new lift & stairs; remove existing skylight & replace with new low level skylight; new lighting feature to existing pyramid skylight.
  • Bronze aluminium paried plate framing & recess, bronze aluminium composite panel cladding, frameless glass shopfront, new pleated glass facade with fixed & operable windows, sandstone cladding.
  • Landscape upgrade works to Jessie St Gardens adjacent to the site including tree & pavement removal, relocation of statues, plaques & art, new lawn & terrace areas & new permanent tables & seats.
