  • Construction of second storey plus mezzanine level to the existing 1 storey Meat & Wine & Starbucks premises at the Imax building.
  • The construction is to include a new sloping roof with stainless steel fascia, metal columns and a new terrace to formalise the existing outdoor seating areas with operable awnings above.
  • The proposed structure will incorporate angled glass & steel elements to the foreground of the IMAX building?s metal panels & checkerboard.
  • Construction of a terrace outside both the Meat & Wine Company & Starbucks tenancies, to provide a 39sq m area for the Meat & Wine Company & 62sq m outdoor seating area for the Starbucks tenancy.
  • Installation of additional toilet facilities, as required by BCA.
  • Installation of glass balustrade consisting of frameless glass panels, to formalise the existing outdoor seating area associated with the Ice Cube retail tenancy; installation of a new ATM with associated signage on the western side of the IMAX building adjacent to the Starbucks tenancy; & creation of a new space (Tenancy No.
  • 5) within an existing void on Level 2 of the IMAX building , which will be an expansion on the IMAX cinema foyer.
