  • Level 4 of the building would comprise 458 sqm of office space with bathroom facilities, tea preparation space & 2 balconies, one of which is located off the west side of the building & the other off the eastern side.
  • Floor 5 will include 2 offices, comprising 175 sqm & 190sqm, bathroom facilities, tea preparation area & a common lobby area.
  • The building will include a combination of materials such as glass, zinc, cladding & timber & aluminium sun screening.
  • The walls to comprise patterned pre-cast concrete panels with integrated coloured panels.
