- Approximately 9200sq m of passive recreation space to the south & east of the proposed
playground generally consisting of open grassland with existing retained trees.
- Half court basketball, BBQ areas & shelters.
- which are provided in a central location around the amenities building & playground.
- Amenities building containing 1 male, 1 female & accessible toilets with baby changing facilities.
- Carparking for 40 cars, including 4 wheelchair accessible carparks & a bus turnaround area to the west of the proposed playground.
- 2.5m wide shared paths which surround the playground & connect to its entries.
- Street furniture including benches, bins, barbecues, shelters, picnic tables & bike racks located throughout the Park.
- Associated minor earthworks for earth mounding & batters including the formation of bulk
earthworks levels for the proposed playground.
