  • Upgrading, alteration and extension of electrical services, including power, internal and external lighting, security, fire detection & data and voice systems.
  • Alterations & upgrading at the main switchboard for additional loads and compliance to current standards.
  • Upgrading, alteration & extension of hydraulic services including gas, potable hot, warm & cold water, fire services & stormwater systems.
  • Construction of new onsite stormwater detention devices.
