Alterations and additions to the existing JR Fleming Stand at Rosehill Gardens.
- Installation of a new betting ring glass enclosure, adjustment rotation of ground floor fire stair.
- Construction of new entrance portal frames to public and members entrances at ground level.
- Internal alteration to the Ascot restaurant, reduction in size of kitchen for use for dining on level 2.
- Installation of new external glazing on western facade overlooking the betting ring level 1 and associated with the Ascot restaurant level 2.
- Replacement of 2 existing tensile roof membranes to the betting ring canopy ground level.
- Installation of new high level glazing to betting ring canopy along the western side ground level.
- Installation of static graphic and digital signage above new entrance portal frames to the public and members entrances.
- Construction of a bridge link between level 1 and the grandstand seating level 1.
- Replacement of existing terrace roof with a louvered pergola level 1 and removal and minor demolition of parts of the existing building to allow for the alterations.
- Steel frame, alucobond cladding, powder coated aluminium framed glass bifold doors.
