Works to include the construction of 3 information interpretation nodes to be approximately 80sqm in size to be located at Bicton Baths, Point Walter & Heathcote & to comprise of: a deck structure in keeping with the existing jetties at 2 of the site, the nodes will be linked to the existing pathways & jetties, it is to be shaped to create a multi-use space providing seating, viewing of the landscape & interpretation opportunities.
- Adjacent existing access standards are to be maintained while the nodes will meet the universal access standards.
- The contractor will also be responsible for maintenance of the 3 nodes for the first 12 months from date of completion in addition to construction.
