Refurbish the existing industrial building known as The Box factory & erect a new 2 storey building.
- Work will include construction of a new staircase & amenities, installation of a new light weight lift in a fire rated shaft.
- The existing internal brickwork walls are to be cut back & made good.
- Removal of the existing central kerb crossing, replacement of the central roller shutter with new doors, construction of a new kerb crossing, installation of a new power operated roller shutter, a new awning over the proposed openings, replacement of existing timber framed windows with powered coasted aluminium windows.
- The proposal also includes the erection of a building on the corner of Ross & Arundel.
