It is proposed to install hydrogen bus refuelling facility as part of trial evaluation of three hydrogen fuel cell buses.
- Facility would comprise approximately 84 sq m compound contained by 3 m high metal clad concrete walls with chain link mesh fence, storage for two semi trailers, concrete container of electrical room & gas room & dispenser & gas station.

Council rescinded its decision to grant development approval, but was then informed that as this project is Public Work, it is exempted from requiring Council's development approval.
- Revised quantitative risk assessment was prepared to address concerns of adjacent landowners.
