Redevelopment of Acute Care Services.
- Works include new single storey ward extension & partial refurbishment of existing building.
- New extension is steel framed with suspended concrete slab, enclosed undercroft, concrete rendered external walls to upper level & steel decking.
- Works to existing building consists of mainly internal refurbishment with some external works associated with new services plant.
- Building is highly serviced & includes new mechanical plant, new fire main & sprinklers to extension & associated electrical, mechanical & hydraulic works.
