• As previously reported, significant potential exists to increase the resources base through screening upgrade of the silica rich zones located around existing chrysoprase workings.
• At both Eucalyptus and to a lesser extent Mount Kilkenny, silica banding has been identified in chrysoprase pits.
• Sampling of the nickeliferous clays between the silica banding has provided nickel assays from 1.2% to 2.3%.
• A drill programme within the silica zones at Mount Kilkenny will be undertaken to evaluate the screening concept.
• Potential exists to unlock substantial tonnages should the screening work prove successful.
• The Company is still to decide whether the nickel-laterite resources, on the granted mining leases, may to be treated at Murrin Murrin JV Glencore via toll milling, or to be stand alone projects needing a treatment plant.
