Construction of a new plastic bottle blow moulding facility within one of the existing factory/warehouse buildings at 3-5 Gibbon Rd for supplying to Perfection Dairies milk factory located in the adjacent building at 7-9 Gibbon Rd & infrastructure works.
- The proposed blow moulding business to be operated by other entity from Perfection Dairies Pty Ltd.
- Proposed works include construction of a sandwich panel enclosure within the warehouse unit at 3-5 Gibbon Rd to house the blow moulding equipment, use of the remainder of the warehouse building for storage of finished products, construction of a plant platform at the rear of the warehouse building to accommodate ancillary plant, construction of 2 storage silos for polyethylene raw material, construction of ancillary cooling water, chilled water, compressed air & air conditioning plant & equipment and construction of a bottle conveyor overhead link structure approximately 50m long to convey plastic bottles from the production facility to the filling room in the adjoining factory at 7-9 Gibbon Rd.
