The old Cadjebut and Black Cat processing plant is now onsite and are being refurbished with work to be completed by June 2006.
- Design work for the configuation has been completed.
- Long lead item for the plant have all been ordered.
- The plant was originally designed for processing 365,000 tonnes of ore per year, but it managed 550,000 tonnes per year when in operation.

Earthworks at the plant site have been completed.
- Concrete footing, slab construction and steel works are almost complete.
