- To include removal of existing roof sheeting, flashings, box gutters, insulation & downpipes.
- Construction of fully sealed vapour barrier.
- Supply & installation of 100mm x 100mm angle flashing & 0.9mm stainless steel box gutters.
- Supply & installation of series 450 stormwater pits at the base of downpipes.
- Supply & installation of sheet metal roofing.
- Provision of secure external scaffolding.
