Demolition of existing bunker & underground handling system.
- Construction of new storage bunkers, new materials handling system, new silos & relocation of existing handling system.
- Proposal includes: removal of current large open bays used for the storage of dry raw materials for asphaltic concrete production: Construction of new covered storage bunkers to replace the demolished storage bays, including feed conveyors: Removal of 2 storage silos & replacement of 2 new silos in slightly altered locations: relocation of recycled asphaltic concrete (RAP) feed system: Decommissioning of underground materials handling system & replacement with above ground feed bins & associated conveyors & screens: Adjustment to yard levels to achieve the revised configuration: Removal of overhead stockpiling system & 1 road hopper.

DA 115/2007 Section 96 comprises minor relocation of conveyors for "RAP".
- Minor relocation of bunkers, size of bunkers reduced from 15 meters to 12 meters deep.
- Existing "fines" silos to remain.
- Above ground first flush pit replaced with an underground SPEL Stormceptor, with increased floor storage capacity above ground
