Alterations & additions to existing vehicle service depot located within Energy Australia's Northern Area Regional Depot to provide an enclosed space able to be accessed by trucks.
- The proposed works involve: within existing service bay located at the western end of the existing facility; removal of existing roller doors, facade, roof cladding, roof trusses & internal office partitions; & minor increase in the floor area of the service bay, including a new office & roof extension with associated roller doors, lightweight cladding, & face brickwork.
