  • Six car parking bays for disabled are provided across site.
  • Vehicular & pedestrian access only from Tanunda Dr.
  • Stage 2 comprises Block E (total height of 21 m above existing ground level) - Tower comprises 4 floors with restaurant/cafe (60 seats) & offices on 1st (podium) level with additional 3 levels of offices above.
  • Upper level provides decking/seating area & tennis court.
  • Facility may be jointly used between residential & commercial tenants.
  • Parking within undercroft (80) bays) & podium level (30 bays) is open public parking for all land uses on site.
  • Overall estimated cost for Stage 1 & 2 is $9.23 million. Construction of Tanunda Dr access, between existing roundabout (at Belmont Av extn) through to Hill 60 access road is proposed as part of development & construction of 6m wide roadway with abutting parallel parking embayment (13 car bays south side & 14 car bays north side).
