Currently at the Planning stage In Act is a project estimated to be $ 10000000. This project A Draft Plan Study for the development of land within the southern part of Lawson (south of the former Belconnen Naval Transmission Station site) The yield for Lawson South is a maximum 1850 dwellings over 3 precincts.
