New project of Entertainment (Parks, Leisure grounds, Playgrounds) project at Howard Av, Dee Why, NSW 2099. Carrying out & completion of major works for the construction of the new Walter Gors Park. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: removal of site contamination. Earthworks required to achieve the design finished surface levels. Construction of new drainage infrastructure including pipes, pits, irrigation storage tanks & water recycling system. Construction of all hard landscape works including concreting, fencing, paving, stone elements paths, walls & retaining structures. Installation of all play equipment including play structures, water play features, fitness apparatus & playground surfacing. Design, supply & installation of irrigation system. Installation of water play features & associated infrastructure. Supply & installation of toilet block & Pump Room. Supply & installation of new park/street furniture including lighting, shade structures, picnic settings & other furniture. Supply & installation of all soft landscaping including soils, mulches, plants, understorey vegetation & turfing. Installation of Council supplied tree stock.
