It will consist of a single story building with a basement under. The building comprises of a cable basement which is excavated into the ground to allow the entry of underground cables. The height of the cable basement is influenced by the bending radii of the cables to enable a connection to equipment in the switchroom above.Height of the switchroom is determined by the size & heat output of the electrical equipment.
