A long clerestory window feature through the centre of the building has been created to capture the northern light in lieu of windows on the boundary. The finish to the north wall is oxidised, textured concrete (to give a 'rusted' effect). A parapet (stained ship-lapped boards) will screen the clerestory window from High Street. The finish of the southern wall will also be stained stip-lapped boards and the southern elevation contains a horizontal strip of windows broken up by timber framed.
