Lite N Easy Food Distribution Facility is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 8300000 it is May include the construction of a new 3 storey distribution facility for Lite N Easy comprising of concrete flooring, concrete/stone walls & metal roof. The ground floor will comprise of food processing/production area of 1,192sqm, office of 146sqm, dry store area of 565.5sqm, cold room of 862.5sqm & amenities of 246.8sqm including lunch room, lockers, change rooms, administration, male/female toilets, store room & entry. KEWDALE FREIGHT TERMINAL - OFFICE/WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT
Kewdale Freight Terminal - Office/Warehouse Development is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 23000000 it is Construction of warehouses, offices, administration buildings, outdoor storage & car parking to accommodate Linfox FMCG & Australian Linehaul Operations (ALO), which are separate business units of Linfox Logistics & will facilitate the transport of goods from the eastern states & the delivery of containerised products from the eastern states via Pacific National Rail Service. The Perth Freight terminal is operated by Asciano Services Pty Ltd with a lease agreement between Asciano & the State Government acting through the Public Transport Authority. The purpose built industrial freight warehouse & associated offices will comprise of FMCG Ambient & Temperature Controlled warehouse of 24,400 sqm located at the eastern end of the site & is the largest of the buildings, the building will face south with loading & unloading operations on the southern edge of the building under a canopy system ranging from 5-18m in depth, the warehouse will accommodate temporary storage of goods & will provide parking space for forklifts. FMCG Dock Office comprising of a 2 storey lookout structure at the front of the warehouse will monitor & control vehicle movement. Linehaul Storage & Canopy located to the west of the warehouse building will comprise of a hardstand area for the temporary storage of palettes & other goods. Main Office comprising of a 2 storey building constructed on the eastern edge of the warehouse building to accommodate the administration functions of FMCG & Linehaul including logistics, operations management & human resources, the office building will accommodate 6 offices, 41 workstations, 3 meeting rooms, communal meeting area, 2 storage rooms, communications/IT room, staff room, toilets, showers, staff lockers & internal elevator. The Guard House will be located at the eastern entry from Abernethy Rd will accommodate 2 staff to monitor traffic movements & general operations of the site, the building will contain a tea room & toilet facilities. The Tobacco Building will be located at the eastern edge of the development & will be used for refrigerated temporary storage, the building will have higher security due to the nature of the stored goods, the building will also contain a tea room, toilets & staff amenities. Outdoor Storage & Hardstand Area will accommodate outdoor storage of containers awaiting packing/repacking or transportation & will provide layup areas for transport vehicles, the development will also include 182 car parks for staff & visitors located at the rear of the building, re-fueling facilities, fire management services including rainwater tanks & pump facilities, fencing & landscaping. HARVEY BEEF COLD STORAGE FACILITY
Cold Storage Facility project at 99 (Lot 3) Seventh St, Harvey, WA 6220 In The Council Area Of Harvey of Private. Works to include the construction of a new plate freezer complex & a new frozen storage facility. The proposed plate freezer is to comprise of a single storey of approximately 436sqm, will include the installation of 6 new energy efficient plate freezers having a total capacity of 9,216 frozen cartons every 24hrs with automatic loading & unloading to be located on the western side of the existing abattoir. The frozen storage facility is to be located directly south of the existing freezer store having an approximate area of 825sqm, will consist of fire-resistant insulated panel walls & ceilings supported by a metal frame on bored piers with a structural concrete slab.
