FORMER YORKSHIRE BREWERY REDEVELOPMENT

It will include three residential towers of 17, 14 and 10 stories with 350 apartments, a gym, cafe, convenience store, community rooms, rooftop terrace and a formal dining room. It will also include a diverse range of housing typologies consisting of studio apartments through to 110 square metre three bedroom apartments, along with 18 two storey townhouses at ground level. It will also include two separate one-bedroom residences. ESD features include cross flow ventilation, solar boosted gas hot water systems, 5 star reverse cycle heating and cooling pumps, rainwater harvesting from all roof and terrace areas to be used for toilet flushing and irrigation of all landscaped areas.
