PILBARA IRON ORE & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT - RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE
Rail Infrastructure New project In The Port Hedland Council Area. Feasibility study has recommended a a 255 km railway line from Cloud Break to Port Headland port facility. A mine load out facility will be located at Cloud Break. There will be four train sets each comprising two locomotives and two hundred wagons. Supporting infrastructure will include sidings, passing bays and loading loops, train loader, temporary construction facilities, temporary track camps, administration offices and warehouses, trip servicing facilities, service and repair workshop, rail maintenance track, rail loops and marshalling yards, maintenance facilities, substations and communication systems. EMILY ANN INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION

Development comprises construction a new single stockyard row in area S, the Eastern Yard including a new stacker and new reclaimer. Constructing a new dedicated Return Screened Fines stockpile adjacent to Car Dumper 4 including new stacker and new reclaimer. Joining the existing Berths C & D together to allow existing shiploaders SLO3 and SLO4 to access either berth. Modifications to the long travel of shiploaders SLO3 and SLO4 so they can travel and shipload on Berth C and D. Upgrading and rebuilding the existing Berth C to accommodate shiploader SLO4 and 250,000 DWT vessels, modify the exisitng control system to suit the new operating regime, improve dust control measures, upgrade electrical infrastructure to suit the proposed development, upgrade the exisiting general infrastructure including upgrading a warhouse building , upgrading roads and constructing a new water recovery plant. The existing existing environmental berm will be extend to provide a visual buffer to the town of Port Hedland on the other side of the harbour from the new eastern stockyard. Construction of temporary lay down areas and buildings for the contractors and temporary construction offices for BHP and EPCM staff. CENTRAL NORSEMAN GOLD OPERATIONS - RESOURCE
Resource -Gold project at 30 Km North of, Norseman, WA 6443 In The Council Area Of Dundas of Private. Norseman gold operation comprises two underground mines, Harlequin, Bullen, various open pits and the Phoenix mill treatment plant. The Davyhurst gold operation has been sold to Monarch Resources. Mining is to continue at all operations and various infrastructure projects will be undertaken. At Harlequin the mine ventilation system and the surface workshop will be upgraded in preparation for long term mining at the Harlequin decline. 75 Km Northwest of, Newman, WA 6753 Has Hope Downs Iron Ore Project - Processing Plant currently at Construction stage. A crush and screen process plant. The plant will initially process 22 Mta of dry iron ore with expansion later on to process 30 Mta of dry iron ore. The process plant will comprise a primary crusher in a processing circuit that incorporates screens that will seperate the oversized ore. The primary ore will then be crushed a second time and fed to seperate lump and fine products. These will be stockpiled for train loading by conveyor belts and travelling luffing stackers. IRON ORE RAPID GROWTH 4 PROJECT - NEWMAN HUB
Newman Hub project at Newman Hub, Newman, WA 6753 in the Mining - Support Facilities (Industrial buildings). The RGP4 modifications include the final tie-ins that convert the existing Newman Operations from a production plant producing secondary crushed ore (with a nominal top size of -100mm) to a plant producing shipping quality lump and fines products. The main features of the new tie-in, starting at TS2 are: A new transfer tower, 41SE010, built immediately to the NE of the existing TS2, in line with conveyor M110. This tower is structurally linked to TS2. The tail end of the existing conveyor M110 is removed and replace by a new conveyor. 41CV010, which runs in the opposite direction and discharges ore to a new transfer conveyor, 41CV020, the tail of which is in the new transfer tower 41SE010. Connecting to the existing Newman High Grade (NHG) discharge in TS2 (ore from #2 Plant and Bene Plant product). Construction of a new single rotary cell train car dumping facility, a new crushing and screening plant to include scalping with middlings recirculation to produce sized lump and fines product. Construction of a new blending stockyard 5 x 210kt lump and fines, live and dead including stacking and reclaim machines, to produce a direct-shippable blended lump and fines product. Construction of sampling facilities for reconciliation of production from the various ore sources (NHB and SOB sites) and as-stacked blend control on the stockpiles. Construction of a new drive through train loading (TLO) facility with separate lump and fines sections. Modifications and additional track at the entrance of Newman Hub rail loop and new loco services facility near the existing Hub workshops. Modifications and additional tracks and realingments in the vicinity of the existing OB29 train loading facility for connections to new car dumper and train loading facility. These works include the additional SOBs train by pass line. Deconstruction of PB29 conveyors M301, M309, M311 transfer station TS3, part deconstruction M308 and the removal of the entire OB29 train Load-out facility. The deconstruction works also include removal of sections of existing rail line made redundant by the Newman Hub works. Decommissioning of the existing train load-out stackers No 1 & 2, stacker conveyors M110 and M6 and the existing train loading tunnels (demolition not included in the RGP4 scope). IRON ORE RAPID GROWTH 4 PROJECT - CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT
Crushing & Screening Plant project at Newman Hub, Newman, WA 6753 in the Mining - Support Facilities (Industrial buildings). The screening facility comprises two buildings located in close proximity (one bay apart). The first building consists of five scalping screen bays that are fed by a continuously traveling shuttle head conveyor. Each bay consists of a surge bin that is emptied by a vibrating diverging pan feeder that distributes and feeds a double deck banana scalping screen. The second building consists of seven product screen bays that are fed by a continuously traveling tripper. Each bay consists of a surge bin that is emptied by a vibrating diverging pan feeder that distributes and feeds a double deck banana product screen. The crushing building consists of three crushing bays that are fed by a continuously traveling shuttle head conveyor. Each bay consists of a surge bin that is emptied by a vibrating feeder. Each vibrating feeder feeds a short belt conveyor that, in turn, feeds a cone crusher. The screening building has two dust collection systems. (one for each end of the building) and the crushing building has one dust collection system. Each system comprises reticulated ductwork, reverse pulse air cleaning type bag house c/w- bags, compressor, air receiver and receiving hoppers that are discharged by rotary valves back onto the adjacent mainline conveyors. MULGA DOWNS IRON ORE PROJECT
Private ownership Mining - Support Facilities (Industrial buildings) project In The Ashburton Council Area for New development. A direct shipping ore (DSO) project based on the 14 million tonnes (Mt) Murray Hill bedded & detrital ore deposit at the Mulga Downs pastoral station. A single, above watertable open pit (2.5km x 1.8km) worked at a rate of 5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) for a life-of-mine (LoM) of 5 years. Conventional drill & blast, excavators & loader methods with ore trucked to a run-of-mine (ROM) stockpile prior to crushing & screening (mobile or modular/skid-mounted plant). Product ore to be trucked along the upgraded, 30km long Fenceline Rd to the Great Northern Highway for haulage 60km to join the proposed Roy Hill Infrastructure Railway by either the Coonarie or Two Camel roads. Associated infrastructure to include waste rock dumps, explosives store, generator power supply with associated double-skinned diesel storage tanks (18 x 110kL) & lined refuelling pads, potable water borefield & turkeys nest storage dam, access roads.
