VICTORIA SQAURE TARNDANYANGGA REDEVELOPMENT - STAGE 1
Town Square - Stage 1 project at Victoria Square Tarndanyangga, Adelaide, SA 5000 In The Council Area Of Adelaide of State. Stage 1 is located at the northern end of the Square, which comprises of creating a large event space for up to 5,000 people, with tiered paving & a raised performance area. A generous promenade will be paved with an urban lounge, extensive seating, covered by a shade structure with fabric awnings & enclosed by vertical vines. An new water play fountain will be installed at the northern tip, adjacent to an event plaza. New lawn, garden beds & 100 new semi-mature trees will also be planted along with innovative lighting, public amenities, 2 drinking fountains & 16 bicycle racks, a 'plug & play' infrastrucdture will also be provided for pop-up cafes & events. It also includes the full upgrade of the central roadway so that it can be transformed into a temporary plaza for events. On behalf of the District Council of Elliston, LGA Procurement invites tenders for the construction of a 14 kilometre coastal trail & related facilities at Elliston, on the remote West Coast of South Australias Eyre Peninsula. The works will include construction of compacted limestone pathways & parking areas. Importantly the Tenderer will be required to undertake work to enhance trail user safety & ensure that the project eliminates or deters ad hoc human impact on the coastal environment. Additionally the project will include the installation of shelters, some signage, picnic settings, seats & amenities as well as viewing platforms & terraces at a number of locations. Demolition, fencing, signage, retaining, paving & revegetation will also be required. The Tenderer will be required to undertake the work outside a 10 metre cliff face exclusion zone area & adhere to the relevant safety conditions. PIRIE RIVER CIVIL WORKS

The Principal invites tenders from Tenderers for the dredging of Pirie River & construction of a rock wall. This request for tender is for all works, reasonably expected & required, to complete the design, approvals & construction for the elements identified above in accordance with guidelines & specifications included within the supplied documentation. 1) There is an area identified for dredging from the end of the launching ramp to the northern end of Fisherman's jetty. The estimated volume of material to be dredged within this area is 5,500m3 which would provide a water depth of 1.5 metres at zero tidal datum, this will ensure larger vessels such as the SES & commercial fishing boats will have sufficient depth of water to launch even at low tide. 2) Construction of a rock wall will be required to provide for placement & storage of the dredged material between the existing boat ramp & the John Pirie Bridge. Once the dredged material has been placed in this area with adequate capping the final height is intended to be 3.0 metres AHD. This is slightly below the walkway on the north side of the boat ramp car park area. 3) The reclaimed area will be landscaped with a new picnic shelter & furniture proposed to be installed. 4) In order to further enhance the boat launching facilities, it is proposed to construct a proper rigging area for easier manoeuvring for boat users. The proposed location of this area is on the western side of the boat ramp area. The area will need to be raised to the specific height & retained with rock protection. 5) It is also proposed to increase the capacity of the boat launching facilities by constructing an additional ramp. 6) In order to provide better connection to the water, it is proposed to construct a 2m wide timber boardwalk along the concrete levee for approximately 100m. City Of Unley Goodwood Road Streetscape is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 3000000 it is Revitalization of main street precincts - Goodwood Rd between tram crossing (Railway Terrace) & Victoria St/Mitchell Street. As part of the streetscape upgrade works, opportunities for new art will be included in the design. Some existing public art will be photographed for potential future exhibition in the area. The Principal invites design/construct tenders for the following: Background: DOGS SA is the premier canine controlling body in SA & David Roche Park is paramount to the success of canine competition in the state. Although the office & complex is utilised during the week the majorly of the complexes use is on the weekend where in excess of 1,000 dogs can be competing for titles. The proposed works are required to improve the facilities as well as address a number of safety concerns in relation to traffic flow & parking. Outline: The outline of the project is to remove a number of trees locate in the car park along with the protection rails. The existing access road travels along the front (east) side of the building which presents a significant pedestrian hazard with people walking from the canteen. The project proposes to close off this road & make it gardens & re-instate the road to the west of the building where there is limited pedestrian traffic. As the existing car park & previous tennis courts have been laid for a considerable number of years it is considered appropriate to re-profile the surface & re-surface with a 40mm hot mix top coat.
