Expansion in production capacity of the processing plant from 600,000 tpa to 2,150,000 tpa. Production of 13,000 tonnes of payable nickel per annum is to be produced. QUARRY OPERATIONS

Structural steelwork & piping required for this contract which mainly involves conveyors (8) & screens. Tender also includes associated earthworks, drainage, general site services & electrical requirements. Existing plant is to be demolished & will be replaced by a 22m high building constructed of concrete panels & colourbond sheeting. YABULU NICKEL REFINERY EXTENSION - MHP RECEIVAL/TREATMENT FACILITIES CONTRACT
New project of Mining - Subcontracts (Mechanical installation) project at Refinery site at, Yabulu, QLD 4818. Contract package 4 involves a MHP leach area, ammonical solvent extraction area and a stripping stills and gas absorption area. This package involves construction on top of concrete, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls for what are generally hydrometallurgical facilities. The contract involves both greenfield and brownfield work. The MHP Receival & Treatment Facilities include container storage and unloading and primary and secondary leaching facilities. The intermediate product (MHP) from Ravensthorpe will be received at Yabulu where it will be stockpiled in a weatherproof environment prior to feeding into a two stage leaching process. New material handling equipment will be constructed to process the additional MHP. Extension of the existing utilities plant will be required to provide additional power, steam and process gases. This includes a package plant for nitrogen generation by the pressure swing absorption process. Anhydrous ammonia will be imported to supplement ammonia currently produced on site.

ARDLETHAN TIN OPERATIONS - PREPARATION/TREATMENT EQUIPMENT SUPPLY
A project in the NSW Within Coolamon. Includes mobile preparation & treatment equipment to be located close to the excavator. Ore is placed in a stockpile & a loader working continuously will feed the ore into the feeder-hopper of the scrubber-trommel. More water will be added so that the undersize can be pumped through in-line jigs which will be located within boom of the trommel unit. Some tin concentrate will be recovered in the in-line pressure jigs. The finer tin particles will be picked up in a spiral plant.

ALCAN GOVE BAUXITE OPERATIONS - REFINERY EXPANSION
A project in the NT Within East Arnhem Shire. Refinery expansion will increase production from a current 2 Mt/y to 3.8Mt/y in 2007. All new process areas will be concrete bunded with sumps installed. Stormwater drainage and utilities will be extended to all new areas and facilities. The existing sewerage treatment facility will be upgraded by the addition of separate reticulation and package sewerage plants. Proposed expansion includes stockpiling and handling. Bauxite will not be exported from Gove anymore but will be directed to the refinery. Stockpile sizes will remain the same, but stacker and feed conveyor systems will be upgraded or replaced and the refinery reclaimer will also be replaced. Three new grinding mills will be installed to replace the old rod and ball mills. One new mill slurry tank and pump transfer system together with one train of indirect mill slurry equipment will be installed. The heated feed will now be processed in a new high temperature double digestion process. A third low temperature digestion plant will be installed, as well as deep-cone thickners and high pressure pumps. The mud and liquor residue will be seperated in pressure decanters and processed through a train of new high rate washers and a single train of five deep cone thickners. The existing washers and thickners will be used for storage of residue liquids. Some will be demolished. Six new vertical pressure filters will be installed in a new security filtation area to process most of the turbid liquor flow from the thickners. Agglomeration precipitators and growth precipitators will be added to increase capacity as well as two interstage cooling facilities will be installed on each growth precipitator train. Flash vessels and a barometric condenser will be installed using cooling water from new cooling towers. A new hydrocyclone classification system with three classification stages allowing three different sized hydrate streams to be produced will be installed. A new filtration area and equipment will be installed to conduct filtration of various hydrate streams. Equipment will include six drum filters, vacum pumps and air blowers. Three new stationary calciners will be installed in conjunction with new hydrate conveyors and upgraded aluminia transfer systems. A new evaporation plant will be installed as well as cooling towers for vapour removal in the last three flash stages. Lime plant capacity will be increased from 140 t/h to 200 t/h by installing a new burner system and modifying the kiln's internal geometry. A new burnt lime storage silo will be installed. The existing power station will be converted from fuel oil to gas that will involve a new boiler and associated turbine units. The neutralisation plant will include a mixing tank and two thickners in a bunded area. New liquor purification plant will be constructed involving two seperate plants for the mixing and drying stage.

BHP BILLITON IRON ORE OPS - ASSET DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS - STEEL FABRICATION
New project of Mining - Subcontracts (Mechanical installation) project at Various sites via, Newman, WA 6753. BHP Billiton has increased iron ore production with work culminating in a production capacity of 110 Mtpa to be completed by late 2004. The company is now investigating ways of increasing production over the next five years to meet a projected increased in demand, especially from China. A complete process redesign will be involved with higher throughput levels and environmental and social benefits. Additional expansions of capacity to 145Mtpa are currently the subject of a feasibility study due for completion late 2004 approx.

ANGEL GAS PROJECT - JACKET/PIPELINE INSTALLATION CONTRACT
Private ownership Mining - Subcontracts (Mechanical installation) project In The Dampier Sub Basin Council Area for New development. The contract comprises the substructure and pipeline installation of a 7500 MT jacket and piles by J.Ray's launch barge, the Intermac 650, from a fabrication yard in China to the offshore installation site as well as the launch, upend, and set down of the jacket. One of J Ray's marine vessels will install the jackets and pipelines. Pipeline work will involve the installation of an 80 mile x 30 inch pipeline from the first trunk-line and the installation of three infield 14 inch CRA pipelines. The jacket foundation will be drilled and gouted and will require the installation of eight primary and eight secondary piles in holes up to 10 feet in diameter. Installation welding will be done by the inhouse automated welding systems. The construction of drilling work decks, caissons and other items will be fabricated at Batam Island, Indonesia.

LIDDELL COAL OPERATIONS - COAL HANDLING PREPARATION PLANT
Coal Handling Preparation Plant project at 20 Km North West of, Singleton, NSW 2330 In The Council Area Of Singleton of Private. Construction of a new Coal Handling Preparation Plant. This will involve the construction of a new preparation section, upgrades to the ROM receival and product coal facilities. The new preparation area will be located next to the old CHPP and its capacity will be 1200 tonnes per hour. This will include new screening, cyclone and spiral components for the plant. Upgrades to the ROM receival equipment include shortening of the apron feeder, a new rotating star wheel, new sizers and an increase in the drive power and length of the ROM conveyor. Modifications to the product handling equipment will include a short product conveyor to collect coal from the new CHPP to be deposited at a new transfer station onto the existing product stockpile rising conveyor. The existing road truck type coarse rejects bin will be replaced by a larger bin capable of loading mining sized trucks.
