BASSGAS PROJECT - YOLLA/WHITE IBIS
Bassgas Project - Yolla/White Ibis is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 400000000 it is Off-shore platform 135 km north of Burnie, undersea pipeline & on-shore treatment facilities. The construction timetable is as follows: 75MMSCFD onshore gas plant near Lang Lang construction to commence first quarter 2003; 32km onshore pipelines construction to commence third quarter 2003: 147 km sub-sea pipelines construction to commence first quarter 2004; offshore production platform platform installation first quarter installation. The offshore platform will be constructed in South Easet Asia and transported to Bass Strait. MINERVA GAS PROJECT
Onshore Facilities project at Brumby's Rd, Port Campbell, VIC 3269 In The Council Area Of Colac-Otway of Private. The gas plant will have a gross design production capacity of 150 terajoules of gas per day (TJ/d). GAS PROCESSING PLANT - REGIONAL VICTORIA
Operation/Maintenance/Engineering Support Contract New project In The Not Yet Determined Council Area. Natural gas and associated liquids will be piped from the offshore fields to an onshore gas processing plant where gas will be treated and exported into an installed pipeline grid with liquids removed and sold. To be a continuous operation requiring production operations, maintenance management as well as operations engineering support. Minimum manning principles shall apply with an appropriate level of staff skilling. It is preferred the the same company provide core operations and maintenance, however, alliance arrangements will be considered. Contract may be up to five years plus extensions. The contractor will be responsible for the following: operation and maintenance of unmanned offshore platform/pipeline/onshore plant; establishing and implementing maintenance management system and operational procedures and for providing competent operation and maintenance staff, including all training requirements. The asset design life is 30 years. Maximum plant throughput is 205 Tj per day. Liquids produced include condensate, propane and autogas. Expressions of interest should include the following: company profile; contact detiails of principal or designate; HSE philosophy; capability to operate and maintain a medium sized natural gas processing plant and offshore facilities; capability to provide technical and engineering support; previous industry experience; brief overview of how such an operation would be established by your company; capability to establish operations and maintenance sytems at the development phase; capability to manage industrial harmony in Australia, including examples which demonstrate understanding and management of employee relations issues in Australia. PATRICIA-BALEEN GAS PLANT UPGRADE
Oil & Gas (Onshore processing facilities) project for New development. For the upgrade to the existing Patricia-Baleen Gas Plant. The works include: installation of a condensate separation and stabilisation system, installation of condensate storage tanks and truck load-out facility, installation of hydrocarbon dew point control facilities for the gas, reconfiguration of the existing compressors to increase compression capacity, upgrade to the sales gas dehydration system to accommodate higher gas rates and minimise glycol carryover, installation of monoethylene glycol (MEG) storage and injection facilities to prevent hydrate formation in the offshore pipeline and selected plant process locations, and associated MEG regeneration facilities. Installation of a corrosion inhibitor injection system for the offshore pipeline, installation of a hot oil heater and hot oil circulation system to provide process heat to the processing facilities, installation of a n"off-gas" compressor to recycle gas vented from the condensate stabilisation system to eliminate operations flaring. Installation of new flare systems and removal of existing flare system, modifications to the drainage system, including a new API Separator and extension of the storm water system. Installation of a water vaporiser to dispose of excess produced water that cannot be reused or naturally evaporates. Modifications to various plant utilities, namely, the fuel gas system, odourisation system, compressed air system and plant process control system. Upgrade of the fire and gas protection facilities including installation of fixed firewater pumps and foam systems.
