ELLENDALE DIAMOND PROJECT - KIMBERLEY 28
Private ownership Mining (Open Cut) project In The Derby-W Kimberley Council Area for New development. Kimberley Diamond Company are delighted to announce that the results of a recent bulk sample extracted from Kimberley 28 Pipe indicate that the pipe will be able to be mined economically.A 6,927 tonne bulk sample has been processed and 267 carats recovered with an in-situ grade of 5.07 sts/100 tonnes and an average stone size of 0.35 carats/stone. Valuation of these stones will take place shortly but initial indications are that a ROM value in excell of US$200/carat will easily be achieved. LEIGH CREEK PROJECT - DIAMOND RESOURCE
New project of Mining (Open Cut) project at Leigh Creek Coalfield 250km north of, Port Augusta, SA 5700. Flinders Diamonds Ltd are currently assessing the Leigh Creek Basins for diamonds by analogy with similar basins at Springfield and Boolcunda. SNAKE CREEK PROJECT - COPPER & GOLD RESOURCE
Private ownership Mining (Open Cut) project In The Cloncurry Shire Council Area for New development. The soil sampling by Xstrata Copper (previous JV partner) recorded numerous anomalous gold (up to 150ppb) and copper ( up to 757ppb) values. The infill sampling will define targets with potential to meet Glengarry's size parameters. Strongly anomalous uranium (248ppm) was recorded by on the rock ship samples associated with high gold (0.6g/t) and copper (8.6%) values. MORGAN RANGE PROJECT - HUMPBACK/PILOT
Mining (Open Cut) project at Musgrave region, ., WA 6999 for New. The surface magnetic and EM survey as well as a soil-sampling programme have been completed at Humpback and Pilot. MYALL CREEK - CULTANA PROJECT
A project in the SA Within Port Augusta. The area lies approximately halfway between the Moonta and Mt Gunson copper mines within the prospective 'Olympic Dam' corridor and covers prospects of known copper mineralisation. The survey will cover EL application 105/00, held by Minotaur Resources Ltd where Eagle Bay may earn a 75% interest by expenditure of $350,000, and part of EL 3098, 100% owned by Eagle Bay. Gravity Capital may elect to spend $200,000 to earn a 55% interest in the overflown area; and will be entitles to assign its interst to BHP Billiton. Click for more details...

CAPRICORN NICKEL SULPHIDE PROJECT - RESOURCE
Mining (Open Cut) project at 50 km southeast of, Newman, WA 6753 of Resource - Nickel type of New development. A strongly anomalous nickel and copper mineralisation was intersected at the Milipede prospect. Recent RC drilling returned promising results. Drill hole was 54m to 56m, width 2m returning 1.36% Ni. A fourth hole was drilled and a geophysical survey conducted 105 km east of Millipede prospect confirming the target is further to the west of the prospect. Follow up RC drilling is planned. BOONOO BOONOO PROJECT - SPECIMEN GULLY/STAR OF HOPE
Mining (Open Cut) New project at 20 km northeast of, Tenterfield, NSW 2372. This type is Resource - Silver/Gold with Private ownership. Boonoo Boonoo is near the road which accesses Malachites Rivertree project. Previous sampling by the Company of dumps at old working in the Boonoo Boonoo area had shown that many were anomalous in gold and silver. As previously reported, the best result from drilling was obtained for one of the holes drilled at the Star of Hope (formerly called Browns) Lode, with a 1m intercept of 6.25 g/t gold and 285 g/t gold. Other intercepts obtained were generally of low tenor, although the intercepts in the Demonstration and Golden Crown Lodes show some promise. The more intensively worked central part of the Specimen Gully lode was not accessible for the recent program, as some track construction could be required. Click for more details...

BADGEBUP - GOLD
Currently at the Construction stage In Katanning is a project estimated to be $ 2000000. This project Grant's Patch treatment plant has also been purchased from Glengarry Resources. A 4 year mine life was previously envisaged with a waste to ore ratio of 5:1 anticipated for soft material to a 40m depth. Resource estimated at 409,000t grading 3.2gpt gold (measured) with 313,000t at 2.0gpt gold (indicated). Area includes the Jinka's Hill & Dingo Hill prospects. A low strip ratio is anticipated for these deposits which are both scheduled for production by late 1995. EPA approval has been granted for associated grinding & milling works. LAKE LINDSAY COAL PROJECT
New project of Mining (Open Cut) project at Approx 25 km from, Middlemount, QLD 4746. Overburden removal to commence July 2006; coal will be washed in existing washplant & construction on site will commence shortly. Production of export coking coal, & pulverised coal injection coal, expected to reach its peak in 2008. Coal to be hauled by truck or overland conveyor to German Creek. Blasting necessary prior to conventional truck and shovel strip mining. Dragline operations to 80 metres later in the mine life. Flood levee banks to be constructed parallel to Oaky Creek. LAVERTON GOLD PROJECT - SICKLE - RESOURCE
Resource - Gold project at 50 km surrounding the Laverton treatment plant, Laverton, WA 6440 in the Mining (Open Cut). Mine production is expected to be 90,000 ounces of gold per annum. Resource estimate is ore reserve of 6,424,000 tonnes of ore @ 1.8 g/t for 374,000 ounces of gold. Indicated Resource is 20,100,000 tonnes of ore @ 1.5 g/t for 950,000 ounces of gold and inferred resource is 10,400,000 tonnes of ore @ 1.5 g/t for 480,000 ounces of gold. The low grade stockpile is 1,160,000 tonnes of ore @ 0.7 g/t for 26,000 ounces of gold. FOSTERVILLE EAST JV GOLD PROJECT - RESOURCE

Recent drilling, metallurgical testing and design has confirmed a 3.4 million tonne open pit reserve in an area south of the George Fisher underground mine. Ore will be mined at a rate of up to 1.75 million tonnes per annum, crushed at George Fisher and trucked to the Mount Isa zinc-lead concetrator from mid 2008. The concentrator is currently being expanded from 6.5mtpa to 8mtpa. LIDDELL COAL OPERATIONS EXPANSION
Mining (Open Cut) project at Old New England Hwy, Ravensworth, NSW 2330 for New. A project for a 5 year life-of-mine (LoM) extension by expanding the existing South pit followed by expansion of the Entrance pit after which a new MIA pit to be developed involving relocation of the current mine infrastructure area. Construction of a new conveyor & transfer point to link to the existing overland conveyor to allow transfer of up to 1.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of coal to the Ravensworth coal handling & preparation plant (CHPP) now that the demolished Cumnock CHPP is no longer available to take excess run-of-mine (ROM) coal. A new 50,000t stockpile at the new conveyor & expansion of the existing ROM stockpile capacity to 200,000t as well as a new tailings emplacement area in the South Pit void.
