New project of Civil Engineering (Pipelines) project at Lot 1 Old Maitland Rd (DP 2111747), Mardi, NSW 2259. The Gosford Wyong Councils' Water Authority has identified the need to increase its capacity to deliver water from the Mardi Water Treatment Plant to its water distribution system. CESSNOCK SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT

The establishment of a tertiary treatment plant & associated equipment to remove algal cells, other suspended solids, soluble phosphorus & faecal coliforms from the effluent discharged from the existing maturation ponds. NEWCASTLE GAS STORAGE FACILITY
Storage Facility/Pipeline New project In The Newcastle Council Area. Construction of a gas plant & pipelines. The Project includes the following components: the gas plant site, including subdivision; access road and utility corridor; gas pipeline access corridor; pipeline corridor including temporary construction areas; Hexham receiving station; gas pipeline connection to the existing Jemena Gate Station at Hexham; associated and ancillary infrastructure. The fenced gas plant infrastructure area will occupy less than half of the 28ha gas plant site. Construction comprises a processing plant that will convert pipeline natural gas to liquefied natural gas (LNG) by cooling it to -162°C, it will be capable of processing up to 66,500 t of LNG per year. Insulated, non-pressurised LNG storage tank (capable of containing 30,000 t or 63,000 m3 of LNG, equivalent to 1.5 petajoules & an associated containment bund to contain any potential spills or leaks. A re-gasification unit to convert the LNG in the storage tank back into natural gas.A flare. A truck loading facility to allow the dispatch of up to 1,000 tankers of LNG per year. A new road to connect the gas plant site to TAC Northern Access Road. Infrastructure & utility connections. An emergency access road. A natural gas pipeline connecting the gas plant site to the receiving station. CALTEX JET FUEL PIPELINE
Caltex Jet Fuel Pipeline is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 24000000 it is Jet fuel pipeline upgrade. Project comprises work at both Kurnell Refinery & Banksmeadow Terminal. Works within the Kurnell Refinery includes: installation of 2 transfer pumps; installation of 2 coalescer filters & associated instruments; installation, modification & replacement of various valves, discharge piping & a flow control loop; installation of a pigging station to be located at the new pumps; replacement of the turbine flow meter; installation of cabling for the pumps, motors valves. Installation of the new jet fuel pipeline (KBL) from the proposed pumps to the edge of the refinery at gate 5; from here the new KBL would be installed close to the route of the existing KBL; the KBL would be installed along the wharf, up to the tie in point before the pipe submerges beneath Botany Bay.
