Koolyanobbing Iron Ore Expansion Project is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 320000000 it is The proposal is comprised of the following main components: mining areas which include open cut mine pits, overburden landform and general operational areas. A haul road of approximately 10.7km length is required for the transport of the excavated ore from the mine to existing processing facilities at Koolyanobbing. A gravel pit will also be required for construction of the haul road. JAGUAR BASE METALS PROJECT - RESOURCE

RC/DC drilling program will undertaken with the intention of doubling the announced resource estimate. Resource estimate of 1,600,000 Mt @ 3.07% Cu, 11.73% Zn, 0.72% Pb, 120 g/t Ag. A proposed underground mining development employing long-hole open stoping techniques. The resource is high-grade copper, zinc and silver. Mining Contract - Open-Cut - 3 Pits project at Numerous tenements near, Menzies, WA 6436 in the Mining - Infrastructure (Roads, Airstrips, Culverts, Retaining walls). A contract period of 18 months is envisaged with an estimated strip ratio of 10:1 although this may vary from pit to pit. PanCon to mine & treat four deposits containing an estimated ore reserve of 535,000t grading 2.7gpt gold. This ore will form a supplement oxide feed to blend with Paddington's sulphide ore. Yunndaga pit to be mined first, however, tender to include the First Hit & Lady Shenton/Falconer deposits. Deeper drilling is progressing at Yunndaga. HOPE DOWNS IRON ORE PROJECT - DEWATERING
New project of Mining - Infrastructure (Roads, Airstrips, Culverts, Retaining walls) project at 75 Km Northwest of, Newman, WA 6753. Mine water usage will be 6.94 Mega litres per day. Work comprises the construction of the dewatering pipeline and discharge facilities for the Hope north pit. Construction will also include collector pipes, main discharge pipeline, 13 buried 152 mm diameter polythene spur lines, access roads and a collector dam of 12 ML. Further development in 2007 and 2008 will be the conversion of the initial 12 production bores to reticulated power, construction of collector pipelines to the collector dam, provision of a pumping station and installation of a telemetry system to relay operating information to a central control/monitor point.

MOUNT WELD RARE EARTHS PROJECT - MINING CONTRACT

Work comprises the development of an initial pit 150 metres wide x 300 metres long x 65 metres deep, comprising 35 metres of overburden and 30 metres of ore zone. The total mining quantity of ore and waste is 2,890,800 BCM. Of this, 541,256 tonnes of high grade ore (318,230 BCM) is scheduled to be crushed and stockpiled at the site. Optional work that can be included in the contract include the construction of 8.8 km of haul roads to the site. Also the supply and operation of a comminution circuit, which may comprise a jaw crusher or potentially a trommel screen that is to produce 100%<100 mm HG CZ 15% moisture content ore product for stockpiling on load out stockpiles at a minimum annual rate of 137,000 wet tpa.

PROSPERO/TALPINOS PROJECT - NICKEL RESOURCE
A project in the WA Within Leonora. Total Resource estimate is 1,330,000 tonnes @ 5.95% for 79,200 Ni. This comprises measured resources of 416,000 tonnes @ 6.39% for 26,600 tonnes of Ni, Indicated resources of 470,000 tonnes @ 6.42% for 30,200 tonnes of Ni and Inferred resources of 445,000 tonnes @ 5.03% for 22,400 tonnes of Ni. Talpinos has a resource estimate of 142,000 tonnes @ 7.4% for 10,500 Ni. Feasibility study on the development of the deposit includes geotechnical drilling, hydrogeological investigations, infill drilling to upgrade the resource estimate to a reserve. Mine development will include box cut excavation and associated waste dump, laydown area and decline development. A new haul road and service corridor linking the development to the exisiting Cosmo mine and concentrator will be constructed. A tailings storage facility, evaporation ponds, ventilation rises and secondary egress shafts will also be constructed.

CLOVERDALE MINERAL SANDS PROJECT - RESOURCE
Resource - Mineral Sands project at 6Km South South East of, Capel, WA 6271 In The Council Area Of Capel of Private. Resource estimate is 3.5 million tonnes @ 18% heavy mineral sands. Heavy Mineral Concentrate production will occur at 450,000 tonnes per year. Mining will be carried out by scrapers or truck and shovel excavating the ore and hauling it to the in pit hopper. The ore will be conveyed from the Hopper to the existing wet screening plant at Yoganup West and the concentrator at Yoganup. After processing the ore will be transported by truck to Capel for further processing. The mine will use the existing infrastructure at Yoganup and only an earthmoving contractors area will be installed at the mine site. The Yoganup West access road will be extended to Clovendale for equipment movement. After mining is complete the site will be rehabilitated.

A direct shipping ore (DSO) project based on the 14 million tonnes (Mt) Murray Hill bedded & detrital ore deposit at the Mulga Downs pastoral station. A single, above watertable open pit (2.5km x 1.8km) worked at a rate of 5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) for a life-of-mine (LoM) of 5 years.
