Works comprise conversion of shop on level 1 into restaurants & the construction of an associated outdoor balcony and awning facing the plaza; changes to the lower ground level 2 to accommodate a new major tenant & associated level B1 storeroom with installation of a new connecting lift; reconfiguration of various retail tenancies at ground level along La Strada; replacement of stairs between the ground level and level 1 with an escalator; installation of a travelator bridge linking 1A mezzanine car park with level 1 retail.
