DARLING WALK PRECINCT
Office/Retail Complex - 6/9 Storey project at Darling Walk, Darling Harbour, Sydney, NSW 2000 in the Entertainment (Theatres, Cinemas). Redevelopment of the Darling Walk precinct (former Sega World) into a new retail & commercial area. The development will comprise the construction of 2 buildings, a 6 storey building fronting Tumbalong Park (northern building) & a 9 storey building fronting Harbour St (southern building), incorporating a GFA of 67,827sq m, comprising 64,232sq m of commercial floorspace, 2,592sq m of retail floorspace & 1,000sq m for a youth theatre.
