This type is Civil Works For Wastewater Management System with Local Govt ownership. Tenders are invited for the construction of the collection network for the Wirrabara Community Wastewater Management System (the Works). The allotments within the township of Wirrabara are currently serviced by individual septic tanks, whereby wastewater is disposed of on site. A Community Wastewater Management System is to be installed in the town. Full sewage will be collected from allotments & transferred to a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) on Wilds Rd at the old dump site. (Note that the design & construction of the WWTP is a separate contract.) The WWTP will collect sewage from approximately 200 connections within the town & treat it to produce Class B quality recycled water. The plant is estimated to have an average daily flow (ADF) of 80 kL/day. The following list indicates the main elements of the Works sufficient to ensure that the Tenderer is aware of the scope of the Tender. It does not detail duties, actions or items of supply on minor works which are self-evident or inherent to the satisfactory completion of the scheme as described in the tender documents. Preliminaries: This includes: 1) Site establishment (including the transportation of all personnel, plant & materials to & from the site & the provision of temporary site accommodation); 2) Quality control & quality assurance; 3) Obtaining all licenses & payment of fees where required for conduct of the Works & compliance with all regulations relating to the Works; 4) Environmental controls management; 5) Traffic management; 6) All setting out of works & survey for identifying boundary locations, connection points, temporary bench marks, etc; 7) Survey for property boundaries in all easements; 8) Service locating & depthing; 9) Consultation with all authorities regarding work around existing services; 10) Site security; 11) Site office (including the provision of all personnel, facilities & amenities for the administration of the works of the scheme including temporary connections to Telstra/NBN, SA Power Networks & SA Water); 12) Pegging of connection points; 13) As constructed drawings; 14) Dilapidation reports; 15) Line flushing; 16) Hydraulic testing; 17) Air Testing; 18) Compaction testing of trench backfill; 19) PC inspections & end of defects inspections; 20) Operations Manuals; 21) Site Meetings. GREATER ADELAIDE REGIONAL ROADWORKS CONTRACT 1 2016/2017

The works under this tender consists of pavement rehabilitation, bituminous &/or asphalt surfacing of various roads in the greater Adelaide region, South Australia & as follows: a) The supply, laying & compaction of a minimum of 20,000 tonnes in total of asphalt containing a minimum of 20 pct RAP materials over a period of up to 12 months from the date of acceptance of tender, comprising various mix types & sizes for pavement rehabilitation &/or asphalt surfacing, as directed by the Superintendent; b) Cold planing, including edge & end planing in conjunction with pavement rehabilitation &/or asphalt surfacing; c) Cold planing of 50 mm wearing course for the purpose of use in the production of RAP, as directed by the Superintendent; d) Loading, hauling & disposing of all cold planed materials as required; e) Fabric &/or bituminous treatment in conjunction with pavement rehabilitation &/or asphalt surfacing; f) All preparatory work associated with pavement rehabilitation &/or asphalt surfacing; g) All clean up associated with pavement rehabilitation &/or asphalt surfacing; h) levelling of service penetrants (eg inspection pits, top stones & sewer lids) ensuring they are exposed & flush with the adjoining road surface. Roadworks - Shoulder Rework project at Various locations within the Council boundaries of, Yorke Peninsula, SA 5999 In The Council Area Of Yorke Peninsula of Local Govt. The Principal invites tenders to undertake sealed road shoulder rework on identified roads. Tenderers are requested : 1) Both shoulders of each nominated road section are to be patrol graded; 2) Any additional shoulder replenishment material requires is to be PM 2/20 QG sourced from a registered quarry & supplied by the successful Tenderer; 3) The existing surface is to be tined or scarified to a minimum depth of 25mm prior to the placement of additional material; 4) The shoulder profile is to be 3pct crossfall; 5) Shoulder restoration works to be a maximum of 1.5m wide; 6) Delineators are to be restored as per preconstruction in accordance with AS 1742.2; 7) Compaction tests must be undertaken to a minimum of 1000 linear metres, with evidence of the compaction test to be provided upon completion of the work; 8) Compaction to achieve 98 pct Relative Moisture Content (RMC). Civil Engineering (Civil works, Excavation, Quarries, Foundations, Demolition, Dredging, Earthworks) New project at Chief & East St, Brompton, SA 5007. This type is Demolition/Heritage Works - Stage 2 with State ownership. The Principal invites tenders for provision of the following: Scope of Works include, but are not limited to: a) Removal of all asbestos from buildings & structures & disposal at a suitable waste facility; b) Demolition & removal of existing buildings & structures to ground level only - do not remove any concrete slabs or bitumen from any part of the site; Note: an allowance must be made for sealing of any opening on buildings to be retained following separation &/or demolition; c) Removal of loose items for example but not limited to metal drums, steel beams & transformer cabinets; & d) Demolition processes are to be carried out in accordance with the Renewal SA Sustainability & Innovation Strategy. Heritage considerations: So that demolition can proceed some separation of structures/buildings/walls (or portions as applicable) will be required from the structures/buildings/walls (or portions as applicable) that are to be retained. This will need to be done in a manner that meets the requirements of the Heritage Listing & does not cause any damage to any structures (particularly the Heritage Listed Structures) that are to be retained. The Principal invites tenders for provision of the following: Description of Work: This tender is for the construction, supply & installation of infrastructure to facilitate the installation of ticket validation gates at Salisbury Station on the Gawler Line.
