Local jobs within the region, reducing the demand for transport services in the CBD & cutting travel times. Streets & suburbs planned so that residents can walk to shops for their daily needs. A wide range of housing choices to provide for different needs & different incomes. Conservation land in & around the development sites to help protect the region's biodiversity, provide clean air for Western Sydney & open space for recreation. A Growth Centres Commission will be established & will coordinate the orderly rollout of land release & infrastructure.
