A project in the NSW Within Willoughby. Demolition of existing buildings & structures (including church). Construction of a retirement village consisting of 27 independent living units; a residential aged care facility building incorporating an 86 bed nursing home with associated facilities including consulting rooms & administration offices; construction of community facilities including a library, flexible meeting space & cafe; & provision of hard & soft landscaping including a toddlers' playground & public park. The residential aged care facility is the largest building, with a GFA of 4,863sq m, H-shaped in plan & varying between 1/4 storeys. The building will accommodate a mix of uses.
