The Principal invites tenders from Tenders for the provision of Margaret Dowling Creek Inlet & Wetlands Phase 2 construction management services. The construction management services sought will support the delivery of the following two projects: Margaret Dowling Creek Inlet - As part of the South Australian Riverland Floodplains Integrated Infrastructure Program 9SARFIIP) Early Works, a new inlet to the Pike River Floodplain at Margaret Dowling Creek has been designed & approval given to tender for construction. Margaret Dowling Creek is located 3.5km east of Renmark Paringa. Most of the designed works will be in Bert Dix Park, which is approximately 100m south of the Renmark Paringa road bridge. Proposed construction works will comprise: a) Demolition & reconstruction of Lock 5 Road bridge; b) Construction of a new flow regulator & fishway; c) Demolition of an existing flow regulator; d) Design & Construction of a new footbridge; & e) Reinstatement of high value amenity park land. New project of Entertainment (Parks, Leisure grounds, Playgrounds) project at Nangari Rd,, Salisbury North, SA 5108. The Principal invites tenders for the construction works for the Underdown Park Redevelopment.
Scope of Work Generally:
Without limiting the generality of the General Conditions of Contract & except as the Contract may otherwise expressly provide, the Contractor shall provide all equipment, construction plant, labour, supervision, services, testing, quality control & warehousing necessary for the work under the Contract as detailed. The Contractor shall, unless the Contract otherwise expressly provides, supply at the Contractors cost & expense everything necessary for the proper completion of the Works & proper performance of all the Contractor?s obligations under the Contract. Work under the Contract comprises, but is not limited to the following:
1) Demolition & removal of existing sports field light poles including cable removal & backfilling pole footings; 2) Topsoil stripping, earthworks & drainage to suit 3 pitches in lieu of the existing two; 3) Irrigation supply & installation, matching to existing & commissioning; 4) Loam supply & placement to finished level; 5) Topdressing existing pitch 1; 6) Conduit installation for new sports field lighting; 7) Supply & installation of new lightpoles, footings & light fittings to 100 Lx lighting levels; 8) Supply & installation of cabling from the new DBs on the new clubrooms to the new light poles & terminating at the new light fittings; 9) Instant turf placement & establishment recently installed irrigation & drainage areas; 10) Carpark construction including disabled access ramps to new clubroom paving slabs; 11) Repairs to existing carpark paving; 12) Carpark linemarking throughout; 13) Soft & hard landscaping.; & 14) Playspace & Fitness Loop supply & installation.
Work by Others: The following work has been carried out by others:
a) New Clubrooms supply & installation including utility & services connections;
b) Demolition of existing separate Inter & Florina clubrooms

NARACOORTE CAVES NATIONAL PARK WALKING TRAIL WORKS
Entertainment (Parks, Leisure grounds, Playgrounds) project at Naracoorte Caves National Park (near), Naracoorte, SA 5271 of Observation Platfom(S)/Furniture/Lighting/Fencing/Civil Works - Stage 2 type of New development. The Principal invites tenders for Stage 2 construction of a project to establish a surfaced 1 km interpretive trail that leads visitors to a range of cave openings & features to provide a high quality above-ground experience around the Naracoorte Caves Visitor Centre precinct.
In 2016-2016 Stage 1 of the project (being civil works to construct the trail surface to achieve disability access compliance) was completed.
The scope of works for Stage 2 is for building construction of viewing platform(s) & seating at cave sites & associated structures, for example,structures for interpretive panels, balustrading, cave fencing, lighting & other design elements to complete construction components of the walking trail.
