CARINGBAH RSL CLUB
Addition project of Hospitality (Clubs (licensed), licensed premises, casinos, taverns) project at 28-30 Banksia Rd, Caringbah, NSW 2229. Refurbishment of the 3 storeys of the existing building, a complete external refurbishment of the building & the addition of a further 4 storey extension occupying approximately 30% of the upper level to be utilised for administration & offices, a boardroom & staff facilities. The ground floor level would include the formal entrance to the club & reception area, a lounge area & a sports bar. A storeroom, coolroom & waste assembly area would be located towards the rear of this floor. The first floor level would contain a lounge area & the main gaming floor. The second floor level would contain mainly dining areas & a large kitchen. All floors would contain bars, amenities & service facilities associated with the club. An additional 326 sq m of floor area is proposed over the existing floor area of the building, 227 sq m of which would be the fourth storey containing offices, boardroom, reception area & staff amenities.
