Materials & finishes have been selected to achieve a 5 star ABGR & a 5 star Green star rating. Building structures will consist of reinforced concrete columns, beams & floor slabs. Buildings A & B will incorporate a post-tensioned structural system & sections of masonry walls to the warehouse & glazing to the office & mezzanine spaces. Buildings C & D will be predominantly clad in tinted glass & aluminium composite panels utilising a curtain wall system. Internally, public lobbies & plaza areas will incorporate selected stone finishes to floors together with glass balustrading. the spine road will be landscaped & incorporate bio-swales for drainage. Building roofs will be clad in concrete, steel, aluminium & insulated waterproof membranes with some areas nominated as roof gardens. ESD measures employed will be rainwater harvesting, on site energy generation (including solar hot water & cogeneration), daylight harvesting & functional space design. Associated carparking for 1,204 vehicles, landscaping & stormwater improvements. 25% of the site will be landscaped. Heritage interpretation garden.
