BETA HUNT NICKEL PROJECT
Resource - Nickel New project In The Coolgardie Council Area. The project includes a remnant resource at the Hunt nickel mine and the developed but un-mined Beta nickel project. Access to the mine is via a portal situated on the northern shoreline of Lake Lefroy, 5 km by road from the WMC nickel concentrator. The Hunt deposit is accessed by a 4 km decline and has remnant blocks available for mining. The Beta deposit is accessed via a 2 km decline developed from the base of the Hunt decline. The Beta deposit is partially developed but is otherwise unmined and requires only pumping and rehabilitation to recommence production in the first quarter of 2004. The acquisition of the project is via a sub-lease associated with agreements and rights in relation to the mining of nickel. RADIO HILL NICKEL PROJECT - RESOURCE

MENZIES GOLD PROJECT - RESOURCE
Operating Mine project at Near, Menzies, WA 6436 in the Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Open cut mining, Overburden, Draglines). Mining has commenced at the Menzies Project. Currently there are 10 114 tonnes @ 4018 g/t stockpiled on a ROM pad near the Lady Shenton, with an additional 3050 tonnes @ 2.69 g/t AU ready to be added to the stockpile. The Menzies Project has the potential to economically mine 157 500t at an average grade of 4.90 g/t Au (for approximately 25 000 ounces) over a 16 month perios. Mining will occur from five pits. LAKE LINDSAY COAL PROJECT
New project of Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Haulage Of Ore) project at Approx 25 km from, Middlemount, QLD 4746. Overburden removal to commence July 2006; coal will be washed in existing washplant & construction on site will commence shortly. Production of export coking coal, & pulverised coal injection coal, expected to reach its peak in 2008. Coal to be hauled by truck or overland conveyor to German Creek. ROLLESTON COAL PROJECT - STAGE TWO/STAGE THREE

HAZELWOOD COAL OPERATIONS - HAZELWOOD WEST
A project in the VIC Within La Trobe. International Power Hazelwood proposes to extend the Hazelwood Mine beyond the existing mining licence boundary, to allow continuation of the company's coal supply for the commercial operating life of the power station. Includes the extension of the mining licence to access the western part of the Morwell seam, diversion and restoration of the Morwell River, diversion and restoration of Eel Hole and Wilderness Creeks, as well as deviation of the Strzelecki Highway. More specifically the Strzelecki Highway will be raligned up to 1000 metres west of current alignment. Seven kilometres of the Morwell River will be relocated and rebuilt on a new alignment. The river will taken out of the concrete pipe and returned to a natural riverline environment. The Yinnar Driffield road will be upgraded to accommodate over dimensional 9 traffic. NEWLANDS WOLLOMBI NO2 COAL OPERATIONS EXPANSION PROJECT
13 km west of, Glenden, QLD 4743 Has Newlands Wollombi No2 Coal Operations Expansion Project currently at Construction stage. Development into the western portion (77ha approx) of Wollombi Open Cut Mine mining lease (ML4761). Production is expected to be up to 2.5 million tonnes of coking coal per annum of Run of Mine (ROM) coal for nominal annual average of 1.9 Mtpa product coal. It is proposed to use an excavator and truck fleet combined with a dragline to produce high grade, medium volatile steaming coal & premium coking coal for the export market. Development to involve open cut mining, clearing of vegetation, topsoil removal and replacement, overburden stockpiling, coal extraction and final rehabilitation of disturbed areas. ABBOT POINT COAL TERMINAL EXPANSION STAGE 3
Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Stockpile Management) project at Abbot Point 25 km north west of, Bowen, QLD 4805 of Coal Terminal Expansion - Stage 3 type of New development. Expansion of terminal capacity from 15 mtpa to 50 mtpa. Key components of the stage 3 expansion will involve the construction of a second berth, a second rail loop and train dump facilities and associated second in loading conveyor. Installation of a new stockyard bund and two new stockpile rows. Up to three new stacker reclaimers and a new yard conveyor and transfer towers will be installed. WAROONA MINERAL SANDS PROJECT - RESOURCE
Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Dredging, Pile driving, Sand mining, Section dredging) project for New development. Current mineable reserve is approx 8.4 million tonnes with an average grade of 10.2% heavy mineral. The mine will process 2,600,000 tonnes of ore per annum. Major work will comprise stripping of the overburden, upgrading and relocation of a wet concentrator plant and nfrastructure. Development will comprise topsoil stripping, overburden removal, installation of drainage and noise bunds, hauls roads, offices, workshops, construction of a clean water dam and associated infrastructure. Associated infrastructure will include in pit hoppers, conveyors, wet screening plant comprising a double deck screen and scrubber, pumps and pipes. A concentrator will be transferred from Capel and it will have the capacity to produce 250 tonnes per hour of HMC ore. The ore when processed will be transported to the North Capel seperation plant. CLOVERDALE MINERAL SANDS PROJECT - RESOURCE
Resource - Mineral Sands project at 6Km South South East of, Capel, WA 6271 In The Council Area Of Capel of Private. Resource estimate is 3.5 million tonnes @ 18% heavy mineral sands. Heavy Mineral Concentrate production will occur at 450,000 tonnes per year. Mining will be carried out by scrapers or truck and shovel excavating the ore and hauling it to the in pit hopper. The ore will be conveyed from the Hopper to the existing wet screening plant at Yoganup West and the concentrator at Yoganup. After processing the ore will be transported by truck to Capel for further processing. The mine will use the existing infrastructure at Yoganup and only an earthmoving contractors area will be installed at the mine site. MCARTHUR RIVER BASE METALS OPERATIONS PHASE 3 EXPANSION
Operating Mine - Expn - Phase 3 project at 60km southwest of, Borroloola, NT 0854 in the Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Stockpile Management). A project to extend the existing pit to the east to cover 210ha (1750m x 1500m). Mining to 420m deep should increase mineable reserves from 54 million tonnes (Mt) to 115Mt. Expansion of the current fleet of rope shovels, hydraulic excavators & large haul trucks to increase the mining capacity from 2.5Mtpa to 5.5 Mtpa. Upgrade of the processing plant (expanded crushing facilities, additional grinding mills, flotation cells & thickeners) to produce up to 800,000tpa of bulk zinc/lead concentrate containing 368,000t zinc.
