COBURN MINERAL SANDS PROJECT - MINING CONTRACT
Private ownership Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Open cut mining, Overburden, Draglines) project In The Shark Bay Council Area for New development. Mining will be carried out in a three stage process. Firstly top soil removed by scrappers and stockpiled for rehabilitation. Secondly, overburden removed by bucket wheel excavator and conveyed into the void left by mining of the ore. Lastly the ore mined by a second bucket wheel excavator is screened in the pit, mixed with water and pumped to the concentrator near the edge of the pit.

MOUNT WELD RARE EARTHS PROJECT - MINING CONTRACT
Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Open cut mining, Overburden, Draglines) project In The Laverton Council Area of Mining Contract - Opencut type. Work comprises the development of an initial pit 150 metres wide x 300 metres long x 65 metres deep, comprising 35 metres of overburden and 30 metres of ore zone. The total mining quantity of ore and waste is 2,890,800 BCM. Of this, 541,256 tonnes of high grade ore (318,230 BCM) is scheduled to be crushed and stockpiled at the site. Optional work that can be included in the contract include the construction of 8.8 km of haul roads to the site. Also the supply and operation of a comminution circuit, which may comprise a jaw crusher or potentially a trommel screen that is to produce 100%<100 mm HG CZ 15% moisture content ore product for stockpiling on load out stockpiles at a minimum annual rate of 137,000 wet tpa.

GIDGEE GOLD PROJECT - KINGFISHER NORTH/EAGLES PEAK/SPECIMEN WELL/TOEDTER
Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Haulage Of Ore) project for New development. Up to 6,000 metres of drilling is planned, approximately half of which will be diamond core. Drilling will test targets including Kingfisher North, the deep lode system at Swan Bitter North and shallow open pit resources at Eagles Peak, Specimen Well and Toedter. RAB and aircore drilling (5,854 metres) was completed during the March 2004 quarter at Specimen Well and Eagles Peak. Follow up drilling at Eagles Peak and Toedter planned for April was delayed due to lack of suitable rig availability.

WAROONA MINERAL SANDS PROJECT - RESOURCE
Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Dredging, Pile driving, Sand mining, Section dredging) project for New development. Current mineable reserve is approx 8.4 million tonnes with an average grade of 10.2% heavy mineral. The mine will process 2,600,000 tonnes of ore per annum. Major work will comprise stripping of the overburden, upgrading and relocation of a wet concentrator plant and nfrastructure. Development will comprise topsoil stripping, overburden removal, installation of drainage and noise bunds, hauls roads, offices, workshops, construction of a clean water dam and associated infrastructure. Associated infrastructure will include in pit hoppers, conveyors, wet screening plant comprising a double deck screen and scrubber, pumps and pipes. A concentrator will be transferred from Capel and it will have the capacity to produce 250 tonnes per hour of HMC ore. The ore when processed will be transported to the North Capel seperation plant.

CAPE LAMBERT PORT B (CLB) DEVELOPMENT PHASE B
Private ownership Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Stockpile Management) project In The City Of Karratha Council Area for New development. As part of a plan to increase Rio Tinto's overall Pilbara operational capacity to 330million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), a project to increase the Cape Lambert Port iron ore handling, processing & ship loading capacity through construction in 2 stages of new stockyard & port facilities of up to 100Mtpa capacity to the west of the existing 80Mtpa Port A operations. Ore to be unloaded from rail wagons using one of 3 car dumpers constructed by drilling, blasting & excavating 1.2million cubic metres of rock which will be used as fill. 2.6milion cubic metres of excavation also expected in constructing the nearby stockyard. Ore to be transferred to this stockyard by conveyors for blending of products using stackers to move material to appropriate stockpiles. Further materials movement through 3 slewing, luffing & travelling reclaimers. 2 screenhouses & transfer stations also expected. Marine facilities to include doubling of the stage 1 access jetty up to 1.8km long to provide for 2 extra berths serviced by ship loaders along with wharf conveyors. Rail facilities in addition to the car dumpers to include 6 new railway tracks with signals as well as modification of existing Port A signalling. Ancillary operational facilities to include offices, warehouses & workshops. Construction facilities expected to inlcude laydown & storage areas adjacent the stockpile area, construction contractor offices, minor roads & accommodation. Extension of the existing quarry.

PILBARA IRON ORE & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT - ORE PREPERATION PLANT
Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Stockpile Management) project at Cloud Break Mine Site, Pilbara area via, Newman, WA 6753 for New. Ore Preparation Plant (OPP) is to comprise a crushing and screening operations. The facilities include a screen house, crushers, stockpiles and trainloader. The operation will process ore transported by a conveyor firstly to a portable crusher and sizer located at the operating face of the Cloud Break mine. When the ROM ore has been crushed and sized it will be transported via a conveyor to the screener and crusher. Ore will be sorted into super value fines, high grade fines, high grade lump and lower grade ore. The first three types of ore will be conveyed to the train loading station and shipped to Port Hedland. The low grade will be stockpiled for the future when the Christmas Creek Beneficiation Plant is constructed. Operating facilities at the plant will comprise a Sample Tester, Plant/Workshop store, Communication Tower, High Voltage Switchyard, Sewage Treatment Plant, Potable Water Plant including a Water Tank, Temporary Diesel Power Station, Control Room, Workshops, Laboratories, Amenities area, OPP Administration area including a Store, Laboratory, Emergency Response Centre and Administration building, Mining administration area, Car Parks, two Fuel Farms and a Vehicle Washdown Facility including a washdown slab and an oil separator and automated facilities. A desliming plant will also be constructed. Future expansion of the OPP will include a Desand Plant and associated infrastructure. The developer is currently designing the Desanding plant.

IRON ORE RAPID GROWTH 4 PROJECT - FINUCANE ISLAND PORT UPGRADE

Operating Mine - Iron Ore project at 85km West of, Marble Bar, WA 6760 in the Mining - Earthworks/Civil Engineering (Drill & Blast). Upgraded resource estimate of 22.2Mt @ 56.7% Fe. Project will consist of two open pits which will be mined using conventional drill and blast, load and haul techniques. Pit dewatering will not be required. Ore processing and transport. Construction of a perimeter bund using 250,000cu m of fill for an initial 5m height then dredge material to be used to take it up to 9m. Construction also of a 60m approx wide corridor to carry 2 x 900mm diameter pipelines. Driving of marine piles for future wharf construction.
