Currently at the Construction stage In Port Hedland is a project estimated to be $ 8000000. This project Overland/tunnel conveyor will transport ore from Finucane Island to the DRI Plant, approximately 7.5 km southwest of Port Hedland and then return the hot briquetted iron product back to Finucane Island for export. This rates contract is based on tonnages, for example, PIC are to fabricate approximately 720t of structural steel. Koolyanobbing Iron Ore Expansion Project is currently at the Construction stage, valued at about $ 320000000 it is The proposal is comprised of the following main components: mining areas which include open cut mine pits, overburden landform and general operational areas. A haul road of approximately 10.7km length is required for the transport of the excavated ore from the mine to existing processing facilities at Koolyanobbing. A gravel pit will also be required for construction of the haul road. The haul road will traverse parallel to the southern side of the Mt Jackson Range and connect to an existing haul road that leads to Koolyanobbing.

Exansion Of Capacity New project In The City Of Karratha Council Area. An expansion of capacity from 74 Mtpa to 116 Mtpa. The focus of the upgrade is the Parker Point Terminal. The proposal includes the following: a new twin cell rotary car dumper and associated rail track; two new stackers and a new reclaimer: a new lump re-screening house; additional live blending stockpiles; relocation of bulk stockpiles; extension of the existing wharf to include a second berth and improved wharf access; upgrade of the existing shiploader at the new berth; creation of a seawall and land reclamation; and additional dust control measures.

JAGUAR BASE METALS PROJECT - RESOURCE

RC/DC drilling program will undertaken with the intention of doubling the announced resource estimate. Resource estimate of 1,600,000 Mt @ 3.07% Cu, 11.73% Zn, 0.72% Pb, 120 g/t Ag. A proposed underground mining development employing long-hole open stoping techniques. The resource is high-grade copper, zinc and silver. The current mine plan sees the initial development phase of the mine being conducted over an 18 month period. MOUNT MOSS PROJECT - MAGNETITE/COPPER/ZINC RESOURCE
Resource - Magnetite/Copper/Zinc project at Ewan Road via, Greenvale, QLD 4816 In The Council Area Of Charters Towers Regional of Private. Resource estimate is 3.5 Mt of magnetite ore and 600,000 tonnes of copper oxide ore. The operation comprises of open cut mining of magnetite, copper and zinc in one to three pits. FLINDERS RANGES PROJECT - BELTANA - ZINC RESOURCE
Mining - Infrastructure (Wharfs, Piers, Port facilities, Piling, Dredging) project In The Far North Council Area of Resource - Zinc type. Mining operation will be 150-180,000 tonnes per annum. Indicated-Inferred resource is 941,000 tonnes @ 30.6% zinc for 300,000 tonnes of zinc. Beltana deposit resource is 365,200 tonnes @ 31.2% zinc for 57,400 tonnes of zinc. The Beltana deposit will be mined first with the existing pit to be deepened from 65 metres by another 30 metres.

RAVENSTHORPE NICKEL PROJECT - TREATMENT PLANT PACKAGES
A project in the WA Within Ravensthorpe. Processing includes a combination of pressure acid leach (PAL), atmospheric leach (AL) and Enhanced Pressure Acid Leach (EPAL). The EPAL process entails separate mining, stockpiling and beneficiation of Ilmonite ( high iron, low magnesium and calcium, upper levels) ore. The ilmonite is treated by PAL, whilst the saprolite is treated by AL using the PAL discharge and additional acid. This allows recovery of an additional 15,000 tpa of nickel. The process downstream of the leaching circuit uses the Cawse flowsheet with partial neutralisation, followed by separation of the barrren tailings from the nickel bearing solution, further impurity removal and preciptiation of MHP. This intermediate product is then transported to the QNI Yabulu refinery.

ALCAN GOVE BAUXITE OPERATIONS - REFINERY EXPANSION - ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION
Mining - Infrastructure (Conveyors, Stackers, Reclaimers, Materials handling) New project at Gove Peninsula North West Arneham Land via, Gove, NT 0880. This type is Electrical/Instrumentation with Private ownership. Refinery expansion will increase production from a current 2 Mt/y to 3.8Mt/y in 2007. Proposed expansion includes stockpiling and handling. Bauxite will not be exported from Gove anymore but will be directed to the refinery. Stockpile sizes will remain the same, but stacker and feed conveyor systems will be upgraded or replaced and the refinery reclaimer will also be replaced. Three new grinding mills will be installed to replace the old rod and ball mills. One new mill slurry tank and pump transfer system together with one train of indirect mill slurry equipment will be installed. The heated feed will now be processed in a new high temperature double digestion process. A third low temperature digestion plant will be installed, as well as deep-cone thickners and high pressure pumps. The mud and liquor residue will be seperated in pressure decanters and processed through a train of new high rate washers and a single train of five deep cone thickners. The existing washers and thickners will be used for storage of residue liquids. Some will be demolished. Six new vertical pressure filters will be installed in a new security filtation area to process most of the turbid liquor flow from the thickners. Agglomeration precipitators and growth precipitators will be added to increase capacity as well as two interstage cooling facilities will be installed on each growth precipitator train. Flash vessels and a barometric condenser will be installed using cooling water from new cooling towers. A new hydrocyclone classification system with three classification stages allowing three different sized hydrate streams to be produced will be installed. A new filtration area and equipment will be installed to conduct filtration of various hydrate streams. Equipment will include six drum filters, vacum pumps and air blowers. Three new stationary calciners will be installed in conjunction with new hydrate conveyors and upgraded aluminia transfer systems. A new evaporation plant will be installed as well as cooling towers for vapour removal in the last three flash stages. Lime plant capacity will be increased from 140 t/h to 200 t/h by installing a new burner system and modifying the kiln's internal geometry. A new burnt lime storage silo will be installed. The existing power station will be converted from fuel oil to gas that will involve a new boiler and associated turbine units. The neutralisation plant will include a mixing tank and two thickners in a bunded area. New liquor purification plant will be constructed involving two seperate plants for the mixing and drying stage.

HAY POINT COAL TERMINAL EXPANSION - HPX3 - BERTH 3 & ONSHORE FACILITIES

MILLENNIUM COAL OPERATIONS EXPANSION
via Peak Downs Hwy 16km southwest of, Coppabella, QLD 4741 Has Millennium Coal Operations Expansion currently at Construction stage. A project to expand the 2million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) operations to 5.5Mtpa Run-of-Mine (ROM) coal for 3.6Mtpa product coal for up to 16 years. Development of the new Mavis Pit by contract mining comprising conventional open-cut truck & excavator terrace mining. Possibility of minor upgrade & a new ROM stockpile at the existing coal handling & preparation plant (CHPP). Temporary waste rock emplacements prior to likely ultimate disposal in the Millennium Pit void. Construction of haul roads across New Chum Creek & possible alteration of the Millennium/Poitrel access road. Establishment of a 2km long drainage system along the northern boundary of the new pit as well as 15 new sediment dams. The expansion project to involve 160 employees & contractors in addition to the existing 220 person workforce.
