Addition project of Retail (Shops, shopping centres & arcades, supermarkets) project at 4A, 19 & 19A Roseby St, Drummoyne, NSW 2047. Alterations & additions to Birkenhead Point shopping outlet centre primarily associated with the Flinders Ln precinct including Blocks D & J & the lift access to the upper deck of the rooftop carpark. The work includes demolition of the existing café & partial demolition of existing tenancies on levels 1 & 2, reconfiguration & expansion of existing tenancies on Levels 1 & 2 including realignment of Flinders Lane with an additional 236.5sq m GFA, revitalise the pedestrian entrance from Roseby Street to Flinders Lane, including new treatment, glass sliding doors & display window & modifications to the existing goods lift on the ground floor to enable passenger access at certain times of day & to facilitate access within the outlet centre & the car park, including the upper level.
